The Fontedei Winery takes its name from the Roman name of the place name where the headquarters of the winery is located, in the current municipality of Deifontes, very close to the plain of Granada, on the border of the latter with the Montes Orientales region.

Structured around two warehouses (one for the production of whites and the other for the production of reds), a room for the rest of the barrels and the bottle racks.
The winery's vineyards are found in geographical areas of the province: in the Sierra de Tejeda (Alhama de Granada), in Deifontes (Granada), and in Pagos del Conchoso (Vega de Granada).
