Bodegas Señorío de Nevada SL was established in 1996 with registered office in Cónchar, with the idea of starting to produce quality wines in the province of Granada.

To do this, vineyards were planted on the farm located in Cónchar, Cortijo de Venta Hundida, today Hacienda Señorío de Nevada, and the production winery and aging warehouse were built. In later years, the first bottles of wine began to be marketed and the vineyard area continued to expand, reaching the current 15 hectares of different varieties: cabernet sauvignon, syrah, merlot, tempranillo, petit verdot, garnacha en inks and viognier and vijiriega in white.

Currently its annual production capacity is about 80,000 bottles of the different products it sells, selling its product in Spain, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Brazil and Japan.
